Welcome to IzyTask.com (“IzyTask,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile site, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using IzyTask, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Overview
IzyTask connects individuals and businesses (“Buyers”) who need help with tasks and services (“Tasks”) with independent workers (“Taskers”) who offer to complete them.
IzyTask is a platform only — not an employer, agent, or representative of either party.
All services, pricing, and outcomes are agreed directly between Buyer and Tasker.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use IzyTask.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Account Registration
- You must create an account to post or accept tasks.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may not share, transfer, or sell your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate any policy or applicable law.
4. Posting and Accepting Tasks
For Buyers:
- You must clearly describe the task, expected deliverables, and location (if applicable).
- Do not post illegal, unsafe, or misleading tasks.
For Taskers:
- You must have the skills and legal right to perform the task.
- Do not misrepresent your abilities, pricing, or credentials.
IzyTask reserves the right to moderate or remove any task posting or offer that violates these Terms.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed through IzyTask’s secure payment system.
- Buyers must deposit payment before a task starts (“escrow”).
- Taskers receive payment once the Buyer marks the task as complete.
- Platform fees and transaction charges may apply and are displayed before confirmation.
- Direct payments outside IzyTask are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
6. Disputes and Refunds
If a dispute arises between Buyer and Tasker:
- Both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue through the chat system.
- If unresolved, IzyTask may step in to mediate, but its decision will be final and binding for the purpose of platform settlement.
- Refunds, if any, will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
7. Ratings and Reviews
After a task is completed, both parties may leave a rating and review.
You agree to post truthful and respectful feedback.
IzyTask reserves the right to remove or hide reviews that are false, abusive, or irrelevant.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Offer or accept tasks that violate Indonesian law.
- Circumvent the platform by making direct contact outside IzyTask.
- Post spam, offensive, or adult content.
- Use bots or automation tools to manipulate listings.
- Misuse others’ personal data.
9. Platform Fees
IzyTask may charge a service fee or commission per transaction.
Fees are disclosed before you confirm a task or payout.
We may update our fees periodically, with prior notice.
10. Liability & Disclaimer
IzyTask is not responsible for:
- The conduct, performance, or quality of Taskers or Buyers.
- Losses, damages, or disputes arising from user interactions.
- Service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors.
All services are used at your own risk.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:
- Breach these Terms or other IzyTask policies.
- Engage in fraud, harassment, or platform circumvention.
- Provide false identity or payment details.
Once terminated, you may lose access to your account and transaction history.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Indonesian data protection regulations.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised version.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta).
